CANCELLATION POLICY

Our main aim is to offer first class travel services and maintain a standard that fulfills every customer’s need and requirements. The same way we also have a cancellation policy which is well-configured. You should be well versed with the cancellation policies, so that when you are not able to travel because of any reason.

Notification of delays and cancellations –

Travelscanner.us offers notifications and updates regularly regarding flights and other relevant points so that the travelers can prepare accordingly. The airline tickets, hotels, pre-paid car rentals and service fees are non-refundable after 24 hours of booking. All cancellations must be done over the phone only.

Getting Rebooked –

After cancellation, if you want to rebook the flights, don’t worry. Our experienced representatives will provide instant support on it. We also encourage you to go through the Terms and Conditions and gain confidence in your booking through us as situations may vary, when it comes to cancellations as well as re-booking.

Refund Policy -

There is no situation as such in which the flights might get canceled but in case of bad weather where flights can’t fly, then you can ask for the refund. But the refund completely depends on airlines policies and we don’t have any control over it.

Refund requests are accepted only if the following conditions have been met:

- you have applied for a cancellation and refund with us and if the fare rules provide for cancellation and refunds.

- you are not a "no show" (most "no show" bookings are in-eligible for any waiver from suppliers for refund processing);

and

- we can secure waivers from suppliers to process this requested cancellation and refund.

Refund Process and Disclaimer

For such request we will work with the suppliers such as airlines, hotels, car-rental companies to generate a waiver based on airline and other supplier rules and notify you of the supplier decision. Our services fees associated with the original travel reservation or booking are not refundable. Please note that we are dependent on the suppliers for receiving the requested refunds. Once the refund has been approved by the supplier it may take additional time for this to appear on your credit card statement. Generally, all suppliers will charge a penalty for refund. This process may take 10-30 business days from receipt of your request

Refund Associated Charges

All refund fees are charged on per-passenger, per-ticket basis. These fees will only be assessed if a refund has been authorized by the supplier or a waiver has been received and when the airline/supplier rules permit such refunds. If such refund is not processed by the supplier, we will refund you our post-ticketing service fees applicable to your agent assisted refund request , but not our booking fees for the original travel reservation or booking.
